SIZE EXCHANGE
If the size doesn't fit, we offer an exchange for a different size under the following conditions:
- Exchanges are available within 5 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unworn and in its original box, with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs for the exchange are covered by the customer.
- To arrange an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +381 62 100 2328 or at
info@patikehub.com, with your order number and the new size you want.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we ship you the replacement pair in
the requested size (subject to stock availability).
Products that have been used, damaged, or returned without their original
packaging cannot be exchanged. We do not issue cash refunds — we offer size
exchanges only.
